Acclaimed for her ability to create beautifully crafted graphic designs, Kathleen McQuaid Packard is also a consummate businesswoman with a gift for seeing the 'big picture' and achieving results. Combined with an affinity for developing cutting-edge technology with superior usability, this unique hybrid of talent has helped her offer clients marketing, business and technical solutions for more than 17 years. Throughout her career, Kathleen's professional offerings have expanded to embrace the latest advancements in print, digital and interactive media, and to respond to shifts in the marketplace. Since founding KathodeRay Media in 1996, she has created interactive and traditional marketing programs for many highly recognized brands and organizations including: HBO, American Express, Pfizer, ABC Radio, Otis Elevator, Dial Soap, New York City Opera, CitiGroup and IBM. Kathleen takes the time to understand the business goals of her clients, as well as the products and services that she markets. She brings her clients' goals and concepts to life, and is able to reach audiences that would be otherwise inaccessible.
Deeply involved in her local community, Kathleen serves on the Board of Directors of the Greene County Chamber of Commerce as First Vice President, the Radio Council for WGXC Community Radio in Greene and Columbia Counties, the Board of Directors of the Greene Rural Health Network and the Board of Directors of the New Paltz Regional Chamber fo Commerce. In addition, she has taught Multimedia Design and Development as an adjunct professor at Parsons Design School in New York City.
