A Greene County native, Sarah grew up on a farm in Cornwallville before traveling to SUNY Plattsburgh where she earned her degrees in Multimedia Journalism and Ecology. After graduating college, she moved back home and spent three years covering Greene County for The Daily Mail. She later went on to work for a nonprofit agency where she created monthly newsletters, managed social media accounts and websites.
Sarah has always had a passion for writing, but also loves to dabble in photo, video, graphics and web design. Her previous work experience has given her the tools she needs to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. She is also a Facebook-certified Digital Marketing Associate.
Outside of work you can find Sarah hiking, riding her horse, walking her dog or watching the latest true crime documentary with her cat.

Rachel is passionate about delivering thoughtfully tailored marketing solutions focused on building exceptional customer experiences. Most recently Rachel was Inbound Marketing Director at Practis where she drove organizational foundations and strategy initiatives for scale and rapid growth. Previously, she was Marketing Director at LLumin where she navigated between a strategic and tactical execution standpoint to drive corporate brand awareness and meet revenue targets.
She has well-rounded and in-depth experience with brand development, marketing automation, website development, content development, copywriting, search-engine-optimization, data analysis, sales support, and more.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northeastern University and has earned numerous certifications from top-tier marketing platforms, including HubSpot Academy and SEMrush Academy. Brian’s interest in technology blossomed in high school. After earning his Associates Degree in Business Administration from Bryant & Stratton College, Brian expanded his programming and web development knowledge with numerous online courses. Brian’s knowledge of web design, development, and maintenance has led him to become an exceptional WordPress Developer here at KathodeRay.
As Lead WordPress Developer, Brian is responsible for developing websites and monitoring their performance with Google Analytics and Semrush. He regularly runs audits on client websites and resolves any issues that are found. In addition, he is the go-to tech support for our team. He also has his Google Ads Search certification and is PHP-certified by W3 Schools.

Originally from Brooklyn, Diane received her Associates Degree in Accounting from Kingsborough Community College and went on to obtain a Bachelors in Marketing from Baruch College in 1998. Her previous positions with NYC advertising and marketing firms La Micela and Saatchi & Saatchi gave her the real-world skills needed to thrive and excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
As Operations Manager, Diane is the glue that keeps the team together and on-task. Her responsibilities include accounts receivables and payables, tracking the team’s ongoing projects, and handling KathodeRay’s human resource needs. Diane also implements social and email marketing for various clients.
Outside of work, Diane enjoys spending time with her three children, rollerblading, snowboarding and reading.

Mark’s diverse skill-set enables him to understand a client’s business holistically, identify goals and challenges, and develop campaigns that deliver measurable results and tangible return on investment. A life-long producer, Mark finds the ‘Inherent Truth’ within a product or service, then creates the compelling story of its value and benefit to the specific needs of your most desirable customers.
Mark was born in Catskill, NY, and grew up in Greene County. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in History, Literature, Theatre, & Music, he relocated to Central New York in 1985. There he worked with both small specialty businesses and iconic brands like: Acer, Canon, Epson, Garmin, HP, Kodak, Lexar, Nikon, Olympus & SanDisk. He now applies the acumen and experience he gained nationally, to serving the needs of organizations seeking to compete in a digital age.
Mark is delighted to be back in Greene County, and bullish about growing the economy of the Hudson Valley. A singer/songwriter since high school, with more performances than he’d prefer to admit, Mark refers to himself as a ‘recovering musician’ who enjoys mentoring young writers, players, and producers at every opportunity. He is an avid amateur historian, anglophile, and fan of Public Broadcasting. He and his wife Nancy are very active in AKC Conformation Competition: Breeding and exhibiting their nationally ranked Saint Bernards and Norwich Terriers, and; Producing annual Saint Bernard Specialty dog shows.

Kathleen takes the time to understand the business goals of her clients, as well as the products and services that she markets. Kathleen has taught Multimedia Design and Development as an adjunct professor at Parsons Design School in New York City; and Online Public Relations at SUNY New Paltz. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Computer Art from the School of Visual Arts located in New York City. When she’s not at the office, Kathleen enjoys spending time with her Husband and family. Kathleen earned a second-degree Black Belt in traditional Japanese Karate and a first degree Black Belt in Okinawa Weaponry from Starr’s Black Belt Academy. She excels in creative storytelling, intuitive problem-solving, and forming strong client relationships with her proven ability to successfully help clients establish, maintain and improve their brand presence, marketing and business objectives.
Originally from south-central Pennsylvania, Alicia received her degree in Graphic & Multimedia Design from the Art Institute of York, PA. In her corporate life, she served as Vice President of Design & Strategy for MudBrick Creative in Harrisburg, collaborating with in-house client teams spanning industries from Hospitality, Tourism, Manufacturing, Higher Education, Retail and Municipal Governments. The insight she gained working with this wide range of clients enabled Alicia to develop and deliver intuitive, engaging and innovative campaigns for both digital and print media that ultimately improved customer engagement and sales.
Now based in the Hudson Valley, Alicia displays the unique ability to work remotely, both independently and collaboratively, to generate innovative ideas and concepts and executing effective solutions. In addition to supporting her husband and his ever-growing business, Alicia is an avid fitness instructor and devotes a great deal of her personal time to coaching and assisting in the sports activities of her two children. Her designs have been instrumental in the success of consumer campaigns, professional services promotion, business-to-business marketing, and not-for-profit awareness. She has an extensive background in print production, as well as creating infographics that visually convey highly technical concepts and data. Her versatility makes her elegant designs effective in all types of media: from print ads to posters, brochures & billboards; From websites and digital display ads, to engaging social media posts, online publications, presentations, and resources.
Audra was born in Toms River on the New Jersey Shore and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Trenton State College. When she’s not working on a campaign, she enjoys boating & sea-glass hunting, gardening, cooking and travel.

Michele has been designing websites since she realized the family farm didn’t have one. She received her Bachelors in Creative Writing and History from Lycoming College in Pennsylvania, then a Masters in Publishing from Emerson in Boston. After freelancing in web and graphic design in Rochester, NY, she moved back to the Hudson Valley.
In her role as Website Developer, Michele uses her expertise to create and maintain user-friendly, mobile-compatible websites in WordPress and other platforms. She also runs analysis on websites to ensure they are performing well and check ADA compliance and user experience. Based on the results, she works on SEO strategies to improve organic web performance and plans digital ad campaigns. Michele has her Google Ads Search certification and is well-versed in multiple programming languages. She particularly enjoys CSS animations, where she feels programming meets art.
In her free time, Michele enjoys reading and working in the orchards, and takes her cat out on a leash daily. She is also interested in language and astronomy.
