This month we are proud to highlight Jill Mayer, President & CEO of Bead Electronics.
After years of working alongside her father for seven years, Jill took over as CEO for the family business. During her 18 years at the company, Jill has been named to Hartford Business Journal’s and Connecticut Magazine’s 40 under 40 lists. She is also extremely proud that Bead Electronics was one of the 1stinductees into the American Manufacturing Hall of Fame.
In her spare time, Jill enjoys golfing, skiing and going to see live music. She also serves on the boards of CBIA and Manufacture CT. In the future, Jill hopes to continue to expand the company into new markets, create a fulfilling workplace culture where employees feel valued, and put the company in a good position to pass on to the next generation.
